Context3 provides a standardized Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that enables language models and AI agents to interact with blockchain data and smart contracts across multiple blockchain networks.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Our Service provides access to blockchain data that is publicly available on various blockchain networks. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

You acknowledge that blockchain networks are subject to their own protocols, governance mechanisms, and potential technical issues that are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from issues with underlying blockchain networks.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CONTEXT3, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
